User Taxfrogmanful :icontaxfrogmanful: requested the pattern for the Orckish armor, to use as a base for his own creation.

Unfortunately, the original linoleum pattern, cut on the fly, was reclycled into other projects.

But the assembling of that armor is so simple that I was able to reconstruct the parts from memory and by looking at my deviations.

I was able to put together this pattern wich is NOT TO SCALE, but tells you roughly how it's done.

Feel free to use it as a base for your own projects, as it is an easy pattern for beginners.

Hey, Ive created a facebook group known as the Imagination Trading Post (feel free to join, its an open group) to share tutorials, patterns, finished project pictures, advice, from costumed enthusiasts from various fandoms from historical reinactment and SCA to Larp, cosplay, steampunk, or theatre groups. We intend on making a website if the facebook group is a hit.

2 Questions:
1) Do you want to join and/or know anyone who would wish to join?
2) Would I have permission to place your pattern(s) on the site, as they may be helpful for those wishing to create such aunique costume

Of course, i'll be glad to let you use my armor pattern.
I don't really use Facebook myself, but i'll have a look at your group.
I'll talk about your initiative on the french LARP central forum Trollcalibur [link] , you can find a lot of tutorials and ressources there, if you don't mind translating, especially in the Fiches Techniques section : [link]

Thanks for sharing this. This is actually very helpful in drawing out the pieces of my own armor. Thanks again!
